From the first bumper to the third, Ashley and her team have been nothing but phenomenal. Ashley had kept my updated through each process, telling me time frames, what the adjusters are doing, etc. Even through the difficult adjusters, no communication from VW in Kennesaw (just overall not the best bedside manners), and processes, Ashley has been the absolute best. Now for the repairs. The technicians that touch my car have been precise and very thorough with managing the repairs (all three times). The color of the bumper each time matches perfectly (and I’m a very picky person about this car). Overall, if you have ANY kind of damage from an accident right down to a simple ding on your car, you need to bring it to Atomize.”
